SPICY MUSTARD EGGS 
6 hard-cooked eggs
2 tbsp. butter, soft
1/2 tsp. white pepper
Chopped chives
2 tbsp. mayonnaise
1 tsp. Dijon mustard
1/4 tsp. curry powder
Paprika

Slice eggs in half lengthwise and carefully remove yolks. Mash yolks, and stir in butter and mayonnaise. Add mustard, pepper and curry powder; stir well. Stuff egg whites with the yolk mixture; garnish with chives and paprika.
