VEGETABLE SLAW FOR A PARTY 
4 c. each, red and green cabbage, finely shredded
4 lg. carrots, grated
4 green onions with tops, sliced thin
1 green pepper, chopped
2 c. thinly sliced celery
1/2 c. minced parsley
1/2 c. thinly sliced radishes
1 c. mayonnaise
1 c. sour cream
1/4 c. tarragon vinegar
2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 tbsp. sugar

Toss the vegetables together in a large salad boil. Mix mayonnaise, sour cream, vinegar, and seasonings. Add to vegetables and mix well. Chill thoroughly before serving. Add diced apple and cucumber to the mixture, if you wish.
