SCALLOPED POTATOES SUPREME | |
2 qts. thin sliced pared potatoes, about 8 med. 1/4 c. chopped green pepper 1/4 c. minced onion 1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup 1 c. milk 2 tsp. salt In greased 11" x 7" x 1 1/2" baking dish or 2 quart casserole, alternate layers of potatoes, green pepper and onion. Combine remaining ingredients, dash pepper, pour over. Cover; bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Uncover and bake 20 to 30 minutes longer or until potatoes are tender. Makes 8 servings. |
