CRUNCHY BAKED CHICKEN 
1 fryer, cut into pieces
1/4 c. milk
1 tsp. garlic salt
1 tsp. poultry seasoning
2 tbsp. melted butter
1 egg
1 c. instant potatoes
1 tsp. paprika
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese

Wash chicken. Trim off excess fat. Pat dry. Set aside.

In a bowl, combine potato flakes, garlic salt, paprika and poultry seasoning. Blend in cheese.

Combine milk and egg in a separate bowl and dip chicken in it, then roll in potato flakes. Place chicken in baking dish. Sprinkle with melted butter and bake at 400 degrees for 35 minutes, turning once. Increase heat to 425 and bake for an additional 15 minutes.
