FROZEN DAIQUIRI SQUARES 
1 c. graham cracker crumbs
1/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. butter, softened
1 pkg. (8 oz.) creme cheese, softened
1 can (14 oz.) sweetened condensed milk
1 can (6 oz.) frozen limeade concentrate, thawed
4 tbsp. rum (opt.)
1 container (4 1/2 oz. frozen non-dairy whipped topping, thawed)

Mix graham cracker crumbs and sugar with butter to form crust for a 9 x 13 inch glass pan. Mix remaining ingredients and beat until smooth. Pour over graham cracker crust and freeze until ready to use.
