NO COOK CHEESECAKE | |
3 pkgs. lady fingers 2 (8 oz.) cream cheese 1 pt. whipping cream 2 c. sugar 1 can pie filling (cherry, blueberry, etc.) Line 12 inch spring pan on sides and bottom with lady fingers. Cream together cream cheese, sugar and whipping cream. Whip until thick and creamy. Pour half of mixture into prepared spring pan. Layer lady fingers and remaining cheese mixture. Top off with your favorite pie filling. Chill six hours before serving. |
