ENCHILADA CASSEROLE 
1 1/2 lb. lean ground beef
1 chopped onion
1 sm. can evaporated milk
1 lg. can chopped chili peppers
1 med. pkg. corn tortilla chips
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 lg. can enchilada sauce
1 can sliced olives
1 1/2 c. sharp Cheddar cheese

Brown meat and onions. Break tortilla chips into bite-size pieces and mix with all other ingredients. Place in 9 x 13 inch baking dish and sprinkle with cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
