HAMBURGER SCRAMBLE 
1 lb. hamburger
2 ribs celery, chopped
1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes
1 lg. onion, chopped
1 bell pepper, chopped
1 1/2 c. cooked rice

Brown hamburger and drain. Cook celery, pepper and onions until tender. Add hamburger and tomatoes and cook slowly for 10 minutes. Add rice. Just before serving, cover cheese slices. When cheese is melted, serve. Salt and pepper to taste.

So simple - but with all great ingredients. Will have this before the week is through. Will look up and substitute the fresh celery for celery seed (just need to figure out how much). Might add a little garlic. Please, submit any other recipes you have....
