HAMBURGER SCRAMBLE | |
1 lb. hamburger 2 ribs celery, chopped 1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes 1 lg. onion, chopped 1 bell pepper, chopped 1 1/2 c. cooked rice Brown hamburger and drain. Cook celery, pepper and onions until tender. Add hamburger and tomatoes and cook slowly for 10 minutes. Add rice. Just before serving, cover cheese slices. When cheese is melted, serve. Salt and pepper to taste. |
