VEGETABLE COOLER 
1/2 c. chopped cucumber
1/2 c. finely shredded carrot
1/4 c. chopped onion
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. celery seed
1/2 c. sour cream

In medium bowl stir together cucumbers, carrots, onions, then add garlic powder and celery seed. Stir in sour cream until blended. Chill 1 hour. To serve spread on triscuit wafers. Makes 1 1/4 cups spread.
