DONNA'S FAMILY FAVORITE
CASSEROLE
 
1 (12 oz.) pkg. seashell macaroni, boiled and drained
1 bunch green onions, chopped and sauteed
1 yellow onion, chopped and sauteed
1/2 lb. chopped ground chuck
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 (8 oz.) can filled with ketchup
1/2 (8 oz.) can filled with water
Few drops of Tabasco (to taste)
Garlic salt, salt, pepper (to taste)
Tony Chachere's Creole Seasoning (to taste)

In a large pot boil macaroni and drain. In another large pot saute chopped green onions and yellow onions until lightly browned. Add meat and mix together while browning meat.

Add all other ingredients and cook on low for 30 minutes. Add macaroni to meat mixture and serve hot with salad and garlic bread. Yields approximately 6 servings.
