FAMILY EGG CASSEROLE | |
1 lb. bulk sausage 6 eggs 1/2 c. sour cream 4 tbsp. onions, chopped 4 tbsp. bell pepper, chopped Brown sausage, onions and bell peppers in skillet. Drain. Line a 9 x 13 inch baking dish with 3/4 of sausage mixture. Combine and mix eggs and sour cream. Season to taste. Pour over sausage mixture. Bake at 350 degrees until eggs are semi-set. Stir egg mixture and top with remaining sausage. Bake until eggs are firm. Serves 4 to 6. |
