FILLING:

3 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
3/4 c. sugar
3 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla

CRUST:

1 pkg. graham crackers, crushed
3 tbsp. melted butter
2 tbsp. sugar

I put the crackers in a large ziplock bag and let the kids crush them with a can they LOVE it!

TOPPING:

1 (8 oz.) sour cream
1 tsp. sugar
1 tbsp. vanilla

Add sugar and melted butter to crumbs and press crust into a cheesecake pan. Bake crust for 10 minutes at 350 degrees. Combine softened cream cheese and sugar in bowl. Add eggs, one at a time and add vanilla.

Add filling to baked crust and bake for one hour at 300 degrees. Remove from oven and let sit for 10 minutes. Then top with sour cream mixture and refrigerate for at least 3 hours. Garnish with strawberries or fruit of your choice. Enjoy!
