MEATBALLS 
1/2 lb. sweet Italian sausage
1/2 lb. ground beef
1 clove garlic, finely chopped
1/2 c. parsley
1 egg, slightly beaten
1 c. fine bread crumbs (Caesar Salad Croutons work well)
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. milk
1 tbsp. oil

Combine sausage, beef, garlic, egg, bread crumbs, salt and pepper. Pour in milk. Mix thoroughly. Make into walnut size balls. Bake in oven until brown. Turn once. Bake at 350 degrees.
