BROWNIE PIE 
3 egg whites
3/4 c. nuts
1/2 tsp. vanilla
3/4 c. sugar
3/4 c. chocolate wafer crumbs
1/2 pt. whipping cream

Beat whites with a dash of salt until soft peaks. Gradually add sugar and beat until stiff. Fold in crumbs, vanilla and nuts. Spread evenly in buttered 9" pie plate. Bake at 325 degrees for 35 minutes. Cool 2 hours or overnight.
