2 c. cold milk
1 (4 serving) pkg. Jello vanilla instant pudding
8 oz. Cool Whip, thawed
12 oz. vanilla wafers, crushed
8-10 (7 oz.) plastic cups

SUGGESTED DECORATIONS: Miniature umbrellas, gummy sea shells, worms, sharks, candy stars, chopped peanuts.

Pour milk into a large bowl. Add pudding. Beat with a wire whisk 1-2 minutes. Let stand 5 minutes. Stir in whipped topping and 1/2 cookie. Place 1 tablespoon crushed cookies into cup. Fill 3/4 full with pudding mixture. Top with remaining cookies. Refrigerate for 1 hour. Decorate.
