SWISS AUGRATEN POTATOES 
2 lb. frozen hash browns
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. paprika
2 c. shredded Swiss cheese
1 pt. whipping cream
1/4 lb. butter

Spread hashbrowns in 9x13 cake pan. Add salt and paprika. Sprinkle Swiss cheese over potatoes. Pour whipping cream evenly over potatoes. Cut butter into chunks and dot over potatoes. Cover with aluminum foil and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
