MEXICAN WEDDING COOKIES 
Mix together:

1 c. soft butter
1/2 c. powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Sift together and stir in above:

2 1/4 c. flour
1/4 tsp. salt

Mix in 3/4 cup finely chopped pecans. Chill dough 1 hour. Roll into 1 inch balls and place on ungreased baking sheet 2 inches apart. Bake about 8 to 10 minutes at 400 degrees until set but not brown.

While warm roll in powdered sugar. Cool and roll in powdered sugar again.
