MEXICAN CORN BREAD 
3 c. cornmeal mix
2 1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. Wesson oil
3 eggs, beaten
1 lg. onion, grated
Dash of garlic powder
3 tbsp. sugar
1 c. cream style corn
1/2 c. jalapeno peppers
1 1/2 c. cheese, grated
1 or 2 green peppers

Combine all ingredients. Cook at 350 degrees until brown.
