POWDERED SUGAR REPLACEMENT | |
2 c. nonfat dry milk powder 2 c. cornstarch artificial sweetener to equal 1 c. sugar Combine all ingredients in food processor. Process until well blended and powdered. Transfer to airtight container. Yield: 4 cups. Use as a replacement for powdered sugar in dessert recipes (1/4 cup regular powdered sugar provides 30 grams carbohydrate). Serving Size: 1/4 cup.
