POTATO STICKS LEMON 
2 tsp. fresh grated lemon peel
3 tsp. melted butter
3 tbsp. Parmesan cheese
2 tsp. lemon juice
3 lg. potatoes, quartered
1/2 tsp. paprika

Grate lemon peel, set aside. Combine lemon juice and butter. Brush on cut side of potatoes.

Combine peel, cheese and paprika. Sprinkle over potatoes in baking dish. Cook in microwave for 15 minutes on high. Let stand 2 minutes before serving. Serve with lemon wedge.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
