LEMON TURNIP STICKS 
2 med. turnips, peeled & cut into sticks (about 2 c.)
1 tbsp. butter
2 tsp. parsley, snipped
1 tsp. finely chopped onion
1 tsp. lemon juice
Salt & pepper

Cook turnip sticks in boiling water until tender, about 20 minutes. Drain; add butter, parsley, onion and lemon juice. Toss to coat. Season to taste. 4 servings.
