QUICK BEEF STROGANOFF 
1 lb. hamburger
1 med. onion
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of celery soup
1 sm. container sour cream
1 pkg. egg noodles

Brown hamburger and onions in skillet. Add soup and let simmer for 5 to 10 minutes. Add sour cream to mixture and simmer again for 5 to 10 minutes more. Cook noodles and drain. Place noodles on plate and pour sauce over the noodles. Serve with salad and French bread.
