BEEF STROGANOFF 
1 lb. ground beef
1 onion, chopped
2 garlic cloves, chopped
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can mushrooms
1 c. sour cream
1 pkg. egg noodles

Brown ground beef, onions, garlic and mushrooms in large skillet. Drain fat. Add cream of mushroom soup and simmer for 20 minutes. Prepare egg noodles by directions on package. Drain noodles. Add sour cream to beef mixture when done. Serve over noodles. Great with hush puppies and a salad.
