PALM SUNDAY BRUNCH QUICHE 
6 c. white bread cubed (about 8 slices)
4 eggs
3 c. milk
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
Pepper to taste
6 oz. ham cut in small cubes
4 oz. grated cheese
Onion chopped (optional)
Green pepper chopped (optional)

Spray 9x13-inch glass baking dish with non-stick spray. Put bread in pan. In a bowl, whisk eggs, add mustard and stir, then add milk and pepper and stir. Pour over the bread. Top with chopped ham, onion, green pepper, and cheese. Cover and refrigerate at least 8 hours or over night.

Bake at 350°F for 35 to 45 minutes until eggs are set and top is browned. Let rest before serving.
