SUNDAY NIGHT DIP 
1 lb. ground beef
1 pkg. taco seasoning
1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
1 (16 oz.) jar salsa
1 small can black olives, sliced (optional)
cheddar cheese, shredded
tortilla chips

Brown ground beef and drain. Add taco seasoning according to package directions. Spread meat in the bottom of a 9-inch microwave-safe serving dish. Spread sour cream on top of ground beef. Pour salsa on top of sour cream. Sprinkle cheddar cheese on top of salsa. Garnish with black olives, if desired. Microwave 30 to 40 seconds or long enough to melt cheese. Serve with tortilla chips.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
