CHRISTMAS SHRIMP 
3 lb. cleaned and deveined shrimp (lg. or jumbo)
1 stick butter
2-4 chopped garlic cloves
1 c. chopped fresh Italian parsley
1 c. white wine
1 tsp. paprika
1 tsp. oregano
1/2 c. seasoned bread crumbs

In large skillet, melt butter, add chopped garlic to taste. Add parsley, wine, paprika and oregano until bubbling. Add shrimp. Stir and coat all the shrimp. Cover and cook over medium flame about 5 minutes. Remove cover and continue to cook on medium flame, turning shrimp until done. Add bread crumbs to thicken.

You may place in broiler 1-2 minutes for a grilled flavor.
