CHRISTMAS VEGETABLE SALAD 
1/4 c. fresh lemon juice
1/4 c. white wine vinegar
1/2 c. vegetable oil
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. black pepper

5 oz. jar sliced stuffed green olives 1 lg. chopped green pepper 1 lg. chopped red pepper or 1 sm. can pimento peppers

Put all dressing ingredients in blender. Blend together.

Combine cauliflower, olives and peppers in bowl; pour dressing over all. Marinate in refrigerator for several hours or overnight. Yield: 20 servings.
