1 yellow cake mix
4 eggs
2 lbs. ricotta cheese
3/4 c. sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
Cinnamon and sugar mixture

Make yellow cake mix according to directions on box. Pour in pan. Mix together other ingredients. Pour on top of unbaked cake mix very carefully. Put into 350 degree oven for 10 to 15 minutes until cake mix rises over top of cheese mixture. Take out of oven and sprinkle a mixture of cinnamon and sugar all over top of cake. Bake in oven for approximately 40 minutes.
