1 Duncan Hines yellow cake
15 oz. ricotta cheese
4 eggs
3/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Make cake as directed on package. By hand mix cheese, eggs, sugar and vanilla. Pour cake mix into greased 13 x 9 inch pan, then pour cheese mix over it. Bake at 350 degrees for about 1 hour. Remove; when cooled sprinkle confectioners' sugar on top to desired taste.
