RUM POUND CAKE 
1 c. chopped pecans
1 pkg. Duncan Hines yellow cake mix
1 pkg. instant vanilla pudding
1/2 c. light rum
1/2 c. water
1/2 c. vegetable oil
4 eggs

Grease and flour tube or bundt pan. Put chopped nuts in bottom of pan. In mixing bowl, put cake mix, pudding, rum, water, eggs and oil. Mix 2 minutes at medium speed, scraping bowl frequently. Bake 50 to 60 minutes at 325 degrees. Leave in pan.

GLAZE:

To be poured over hot cake. 1/4 c. rum 1/4 c. water

Mix in saucepan. Boil 2-3 minutes. Pour over hot cake. Let settle for 1/2 hour before taking from pan.
