1 box yellow cake mix
2 lb. ricotta cheese
4 eggs
3/4 c. sugar
1 1/4 tsp. vanilla

Mix cake mix according to directions on box. Pour into greased 9 x 13 cake pan. In large bowl, mix well remaining ingredients. Pour cheese mixture on top of cake mix and marble with spatula. Bake at 350 degrees for 60-70 minutes or until done. Cool in pan and sprinkle with confectioners sugar before serving.
