COTTAGE CHEESE ROLLS 
2 cubes butter
12 oz. small curd cottage cheese
2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt

TOPPING:

1 c. powdered sugar
1 tbsp. butter
1 tbsp. milk
1/4 tsp. vanilla

Mix together butter, cottage cheese, flour, and salt. Form into a ball. Cover with wax paper. Store in refrigerator overnight. Divide dough into 3 parts. Roll each part into a circle. Cut 12 triangles. Roll each triangle into a crescent shape, large end to small end. Repeat with each ball of dough, totalling 36 crescent rolls. Bake at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes. Mix topping and frost. Great when warm. They freeze well, too.
