COTTAGE CHEESE ROLLS 
2 pkgs. active dry yeast
1/2 c. lukewarm water
2 c. cottage cheese
1/2 c. sugar
2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking soda
2 eggs, slightly beaten
4 1/4 c. flour

Dissolve yeast in lukewarm water. Heat cottage cheese until lukewarm. Stir in sugar, salt, baking soda, eggs and yeast mixture. Gradually add enough flour to make soft dough. Place in greased bowl. Let rise until double in bulk, about 1 1/2 hours. Punch down. Turn dough onto floured surface. Divide into 25 pieces, shape each into a ball (dough will be sticky). Bake in 350 degree oven for 20 minutes or until golden.
