SOUR CREAM NOODLE CASSEROLE 
1 (8 oz.) pkg. egg noodles
1 (8 oz.) sour cream
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
1 tsp. salt
3/4 c. Cheddar cheese (cubed)
1 c. cottage cheese
1/2 c. minced onions
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1/2 tsp. garlic salt

Cook noodles as directed on package. Drain. Fold in cottage cheese, sour cream and onions; set aside.

Cook meat until no pink can be seen. Drain. Add tomato sauce and seasonings. S Simmer 10 minutes. Spoon half of noodles into greased 2 quart baking dish. Top with half of meat. Repeat layers. Bake 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Put cheese on top. Bake 5 more minutes.
