VEGETABLE-SOUR CREAM CASSEROLE 
2 (10 oz.) pkgs. frozen broccoli (or vegetable mixture of choice)
1 can sliced water chestnuts
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can sliced onions (to sprinkle on top)
1 sm. container sour cream
2 c. shredded cheese (of choice)

2 quart casserole, 350 degrees for 30 minutes or microwave for 15-20 minutes on high.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
