TABITHA'S GARDEN POTATO SALAD 
1 c. Hellmann's real mayonnaise
2 tbsp. white wine tarragon vinegar
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. white pepper

Combine above ingredients; set aside. 1 c. sliced celery 1/2 c. chopped red onion 1 c. chunked cucumber, unpeeled 1 c. sharp Cheddar cheese, cubed 2 hard cooked eggs, chopped

In a large non-metal bowl, combine remaining ingredients, tossing gently. Fold in mayonnaise mixture until coated well. Chill. Serve on a bed of lettuce. Garnish with a tomato rose.
