NEW POTATO AND ZUCCHINI SALAD 
1/4 c. tarragon vinegar
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
1/4 c. condensed consomme, undiluted
1/3 c. dry white wine
1 1/2 tbsp. chopped fresh tarragon (1 1/2 tsp. dried)
2 tbsp. chopped fresh chives or dill
3/4 c. salad oil

1 lb. zucchini 2 tbsp. oil Salt

Make dressing. Shake in jar.
