ZUCCHINI SALAD 
3-4 zucchini, sliced thin
1 med. can cut green beans
1 med. can wax beans
1 med. can garbonzo beans
1 red or white onion, sliced into rings
1 green pepper, sliced (optional)

Mix together in a large bowl.

In a separate bowl mix: 3/4 c. vinegar 3/4 c. sugar 1/2 c. oil 1 tsp. mustard 1 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. pepper 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

Mix everything together and refrigerate for 24 hours. Serves 4-6.
