SHRIMP CASSEROLE 
2-3 lb. shrimp, cooked, peeled & cleaned
1 c. rice, cooked
1 c. sharp cheese, grated
1 can mushroom soup
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
1/2 c. chopped green onion
1/2 c. chopped celery
1 stick butter

Mix first 4 ingredients together. Saute green peppers, green onions and celery in butter. Add to shrimp mixture. Put in long flat casserole. Cook covered about 20 minutes at 375 degrees. May be frozen ahead. Serves 6.
