CHICKEN CASSEROLE | |
1 chicken, boiled & cut into bite size pieces 1 c. broth 1 can cream of chicken soup 1 carton sour cream 1 stick butter Waverly Wafer cracker crumbs (1 pkg. from a box makes just enough) Melt butter in 2 quart casserole. Spread cracker crumbs over melted butter. Place chicken pieces on top of crumbs. Sprinkle black pepper on top of chicken. Mix together the broth, soup and sour cream and pour evenly over chicken. Garnish with a little paprika. Cook at 350 degrees until bubbly. |
