PLUM SAUCE 
1 (12 oz.) jar red plum preserves
2 tbsp. vinegar
1 tbsp. brown sugar
2 tbsp. chopped green onion
1 tsp. crushed dry red pepper
1 clove garlic, crushed
1/2 tsp. ground ginger

Mix together in saucepan, bring to a boil. Let stand. Use as dip for egg rolls.
