2 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. flour
1/2 c. sugar
1 egg yolk
1/2 c. water
1 tsp. vanilla
1 egg white

Cream butter, sugar and flour. Add well beaten egg yolk, water, and cook in double boiler until thick. Add vanilla and cool. Add beaten egg white.
