PLUM - TOMATO SAUCE 
8 lb. plums
1 oz. allspice
1 qt. malt or white vinegar
4 lb. brown sugar 2 lb. for catsup
1/2 oz. cayenne pepper
1 1/2 tbsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
1 oz. cloves
6 lb. onions, cut up

Put all ingredients in pan and boil slowly for 3 hours. Then put through colander and bottle.
