CRAB MEAT SPECIAL 
2 whole wheat English muffins, split
1 (6 1/2 oz.) can crab meat or tuna, drained
1/4 c. mayonnaise
1 tsp. prepared mustard
1 tbsp. finely chopped scallion
1/2 tsp. dill weed
1/2 c. shredded Swiss cheese

Toast muffins conventionally. Meanwhile, combine crab meat, mayonnaise, mustard, scallion and dill weed in a small bowl.

Divide mixture evenly among bottom halves of muffins; sprinkle with cheese. Arrange muffin halves in a circle on a platter. Microwave, uncovered, on high 3 to 4 minutes or until cheese is melted and mixture is heated. Makes 4 sandwiches.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
