BROILED CRAB TREAT 
3 English muffins
1 c. (6 oz. pkg.) crab meat, cooked & drained
4 oz. feta or spicy Monterey Jack cheese
1/4 c. sour cream
1 tsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. white wine Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. horseradish (optional)
Dash of Tabasco sauce
6 thin slices tomato
Parmesan cheese (optional)
Paprika

Split and toast muffins and arrange on broiler pan or cookie sheet. Combine remaining ingredients (except tomato slices, Parmesan cheese and paprika) in medium bowl and mix well. Place one tomato slice on each muffin half. Spread crab mixture on top. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and paprika. Broil about five minutes or until cheese in mixture is melted.
