CHARCOAL BROILED STEAKS 
Steak, any kind, sirloins, tenderloins or filets
1/2 lb. butter
1 lemon
Hot sauce
Salt and pepper to taste
3 cans mushrooms, chopped or sliced
White onions
Bell peppers
Tomatoes

Prepare ahead of time lemon sauce by melting butter, juice of 1 lemon and the peel of 1/2 lemon and a dash of hot sauce. Just before ready to put on the meat, add mushrooms. Prepare to cook over fire at the same time that the steaks are cooking sliced large white onions, sliced bell peppers and sliced tomatoes arranged in a wire grill that closes to hold them securely.
