EASY PECAN PIE | |
1 (9 inch) pie shell 3 eggs 1 c. white sugar 3/4 c. corn syrup 1/8 tsp. salt 2 tbsp. butter 3 c. pecan halves 1 tsp. vanilla Beat eggs and add all other ingredients. Whip gently, then add pecans. Pour mixture into shell. Pecan halves will rise to top - more may be added to cover top completely. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 to 50 minutes. Serves 6. |
