EASY PECAN CAKE 
2 c. sugar
1 c. butter, softened
4 eggs
2 c. self-rising flour
1 tsp. vanilla extract
3 c. ground pecans

Cream sugar and butter in bowl. Add eggs; mix well. Stir in flour, vanilla, and pecans. Pour into prepared tube pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until cake tests done.

I was pleasantly surprised at the outcome because I was expecting the cake to be super sweet, but actually it was mildly sweet hit the spot! Plus I added some nice spices and it was great!
