RITZ CHICKEN 
1 can cream of chicken soup (do not dilute)
8 oz. container sour cream
4 chicken breasts, cooked and cut in pieces
2 c. Ritz crackers, crushed
1/2 stick butter

Place chicken on bottom of 8 x 10 pan. Combine soup and sour cream and pour over chicken. Melt butter and mix with crushed crackers. Crumble over mixture.

Bake at 350°F for 20 minutes.
