CHICKEN RITZ 
3 1/2 lb. chicken
2 sticks butter
2 stacks Ritz crackers
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 carton sour cream (8 oz.)
Paprika

Boil chicken in salt water. Remove chicken from bone when done. Crush crackers. Melt butter. Mix together and spread on bottom of 9 x 13 inch casserole dish. Mix together soup, sour cream and chicken. Pour mixture over crackers. Sprinkle with paprika. Heat thoroughly in a 350 degree oven.
